Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to cohort fees you paid directly to Netsynctools Digital for a confirmed seat. Website prices are informational; the invoice or confirmation email controls the amount.

Timeframe for full refund

Request a full refund at least 7 full days before the cohort start date, or before the second live session — whichever is earlier for intensive workshops. Requests must arrive in writing to contact@netsynctools.digital.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the second live session but before the midpoint of the program, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of the fee, minus any team discount already applied. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Quiet Retain monthly coaching fees already rendered
• Custom sample ingest work already completed for Ledger Lab
• Third-party software licenses (not sold by us)
• Seat transfers completed at your request

Refund process

1. Email contact@netsynctools.digital with your full name, program name, cohort dates, and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

We refund via the original method (bank transfer or card). We do not issue cash refunds at the Hong Kong office.

Cancellation by Netsynctools Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-ordered restrictions may qualify for alternative remedies at our discretion, even outside the standard window.
